Initial Collaboration
The collaboration between Telestore and ECO & Tech began in February 2023 and has continued for over two years. More than 90 hours have been invested in the redesign, with a total of five projects either completed or currently in progress.
In early 2023, Telestore – a Swedish retailer known for selling refurbished mobile phones – teamed up with ECO & Tech to give their e-commerce platform a major glow-up. The goal was to craft a better design for a smoother customer experience.
When a Telestore’s owner reached out to us, he already had a Figma mockup for the website. The design was incomplete, and the company hired us to refine it and make it both visually appealing and optimized for conversions.
After reviewing the mockup and discussing the specific nuances, we began the process. Here are the steps we followed in working on the project:
- We designed a new page from scratch, primarily focusing on UX and UI elements that align with the website’s overall goals.
- Then our designer continued working on the UX of the new pages.
- We included a new block for customer reviews after the client’s revision.
- The next step was improving the user interface, including the colors, typography, and essential call-to-action elements.
- Mobile design edits: we made necessary edits to ensure the website’s mobile version was fully responsive.
- We implemented the final adjustments and refinements as requested by the client.
Throughout the process, we maintained communication with Telestore’s team to make sure that our design choices align with their vision and goals.

Expansion of Services
To make the job done, we dedicated approximately 32 hours to the UX part, 40 hours to developing the user interface, and 18 hours to mobile design. Our team consisted of only a project manager, CTO, and UX/UI designer. That’s how this case ended. After delivering the final result, we got the positive feedback from the owner that you can see below.
Of course, when the first project concluded, Telestore expressed their eagerness for continued cooperation on the next assignments. To date, ECO & Tech has completed five projects in collaboration with Telestore, and we look forward to continuing our partnership.
