The Challenge

Most educational history apps rely on static flashcards and rote learning. Our goal was to flip the paradigm, making historical education engaging, intuitive, and immersive. We needed a format that would help users grasp historical cause-and-effect, not just memorize dates. The challenge was to do this without overwhelming users or overcomplicating the experience.

Our Approach

As part of ECO & Tech’s internal R&D lab, we defined a lean MVP around three pillars:

an interactive timeline,
AI-driven flashcards,
and adaptive assessments.

We applied agile development, rapid prototyping, and continuous user feedback to iterate on functionality. Within months, we had a stable release that delivered measurable learning outcomes and viral engagement.
