What should have been a quick process dragged on for 30–60 minutes per application.

What We Did:

  • Resume Preparation: Integrated OpenAI with Google Docs to automatically adapt resumes to specific job descriptions.
  • Cover Letters: Automated personalised cover letter generation using OpenAI + n8n.io workflows.
  • Email & Registration: Automated creation of email accounts with Postfix + PHP/WordPress, followed by registration on job portals using Playwright.
  • Submission: Automated form-filling and resume uploads on job portals with Playwright scripts.
  • Validation: Final manager review for quick quality control before submission.
